          About the Author
Amanda Ruben has had a life long passion for working in the hospitality industry. Inspired by her mother who ran popular Melbourne events venue Tudor Court in the 1990s, Amanda is now the owner of a string of successful cafes around Melbourne. Most recently she opened the popular café Miss Ruben that has people lining up around the block for her healthy and delicious salads. Miss Ruben is a cafe and Jewish deli rolled into one, with the closest thing to a NYC-style pastrami on rye to be found in Australia.
