Back shows the 'Chi Rho' which are the first two letters in the Greek spelling of the word Christ which is spelled [Xpistos] in Greek, the original language of the Christian Testament. First and last letters of Greek alphabet symbolise Christ's Divine designation 'Alpha and Omega.' Clear testament to His absolute and unqualified Deity. Back is also inscriped with the word Italy.
